Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is a division of The Boeing Company that designs and manufactures satellites, space exploration systems, missile defense, and military aircraft. BDS is responsible for some of the most critical space infrastructure including GPS navigation satellites and large-capacity communication satellite buses. With over 18,000 employees, BDS is among the largest defense and space contractors in the world.
