Capricorn Space operates a teleport site in Mingenew, Western Australia, offering three service tiers: Retail (Capricorn owns both outdoor antenna and indoor equipment, providing full end-to-end ground segment with no client CAPEX), Hybrid (Capricorn owns the antenna while the client uses their own standard indoor equipment), and Landlord (client owns all equipment, Capricorn provides land, power, communications, and support infrastructure only). The 35-hectare site is located roughly 300-350 km from Perth with diverse fiber connectivity currently at 10 Gbps, upgradeable to 100 Gbps, and became operational with its first antennas in October 2019.
