Cosmotron Spacecraft Platform
50 kg class, fully integrated spacecraft platform with onboard AI edge computing for rapid deployment.
Description
The Cosmotron is a 50 kg class, fully vertically integrated spacecraft platform developed by Catalyx Space for rapid deployment across a variety of space applications. Unlike modular bus architectures that require significant integration work, Cosmotron consolidates the On-Board Computer (OBC), Electrical Power System (EPS), communications, and edge computing onto a single PCB — reducing weight, complexity, and launch costs.
The platform supports both hosted and dedicated payload configurations, with flexible payload interfaces. Its AI-driven edge computing capability enables real-time data processing and supports advanced AI algorithms for mission autonomy directly on the spacecraft.
Applications include technology demonstration, Earth observation, scientific research, space-based AI processing, and deep-space missions. Cosmotron is designed for the New Space economy as a scalable, modular, and cost-effective solution.
