Kineis IoT/AIS Satellite Constellation
First European IoT satellite constellation — 25 nanosatellites at 650km, providing global asset tracking, monitoring, alerting, and maritime AIS data even beyond terrestrial coverage.
Description
Kineis operates the first European IoT satellite constellation, founded in 2018, providing worldwide connectivity for asset tracking, monitoring, and alerting even in areas with no terrestrial network coverage — representing 85% of Earth's surface. Solutions are grouped into four offerings: Localiser (locate assets anywhere), Surveiller (24/7 operations monitoring), Etre alerte (alerts within minutes), and S-AIS data (maritime vessel identification data). Data is sovereign and stored in France, building on 40 years of data-collection heritage via the Argos system.
