Pandion Orbital was an American commercial space launch brokerage and satellite deployer company offering a new generation of CubeSat launch services. The company provided a routine, fixed-cost rideshare service to orbit, aiming to make launching a CubeSat as simple as booking an airplane flight, with base prices starting at $15,000 per unit and typical booking-to-orbit timelines of six months.

Pandion's core product was the Skyliner deployer, a 98U ESPA-class CubeSat deployer designed for efficiency and affordability while using space-grade components and separation mechanisms. The company offered rideshare launches aboard SpaceX Falcon 9, dedicated constellation deployment missions with propulsively spaced dispersion, and a modified interplanetary configuration for deployment to trans-lunar injection, heliocentric orbit, and beyond.

The company announced its low-cost CubeSat brokerage services at the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) 2020, targeting a first Skyliner mission aboard a SpaceX rideshare launch. Pandion Orbital's executive team included Geffen Avraham, an engineer from the Israeli CubeSat program and founder of Skyline Celestial, and Julian Fernandez, a picosatellite and deployer engineer and founder of Fossa Systems. The company's website and public presence appear to have gone offline after 2023; the pandionorbital.com domain has since expired and is no longer under the company's control.
