Description
ZeusX is Qosmosys's flagship commercial lunar transportation and resource extraction system, designed and developed in partnership with Airbus. The modular spacecraft stands over 8 metres tall with a 4.2-metre diameter and total mass exceeding 8 metric tons, delivered to lunar orbit by a SpaceX Falcon 9, Ariane 6, New Glenn, or Vulcan launch vehicle. ZeusX delivers more than 800 kg net payload mass to the lunar surface and over 500 kg to cislunar orbit. The system is built around three modular elements: the QSM (Qosmosys Service Module) that propels the spacecraft from Earth orbit to lunar orbit; the QML (Qosmosys Moon Lander) that performs the powered descent to the lunar surface; and the QRS/LIBER (Qosmosys Robotic System / Lunar Integrated Bulk Extraction Rover) for in-situ resource utilization including Helium-3 mining. The first ZeusX mission is targeted for Q1 2027, with a follow-on mission in 2029. Qosmosys raised a $100 million seed round to fund the ZeusX development and early lunar missions. Qosmosys is a Singapore-based company positioning itself as a lunar infrastructure provider for commercial customers, research institutions, and space agencies seeking access to lunar delivery, resource extraction, and in-space manufacturing capabilities.
