NottSpace Student Satellite Programme
University of Nottingham student-led nanosatellite development programme covering end-to-end satellite engineering for CubeSat missions.
Description
NottSpace is the University of Nottingham's student satellite programme, engaging undergraduate and postgraduate students in end-to-end nanosatellite development. The programme encompasses mission concept design, systems engineering, subsystem development (power, communications, ADCS, structure, OBC), environmental testing, and ground station operations. NottSpace projects serve as hands-on training in the full satellite development lifecycle while advancing research in miniaturised spacecraft technologies. The programme maintains connections with UKSA, ESA Education, and the wider UK small satellite community, and has contributed to technology development projects within Nottingham's Faculty of Engineering.
