WISeSat enables secure IoT and Device-to-Device communications through space-based networks, powered by WISeKey’s digital trust and quantum-ready encryption. It delivers secure, cost-effective, and easily deployable Satellite IoT solutions with advanced encryption and seamless integration to protect critical data while reducing deployment costs. The service utilizes low-cost satellites to provide global coverage without relying on third-party operators. WISeSat is built on trust and security, applying principles of PKI, encryption, and Secure Elements to ensure trusted, resilient communications, backed by WISeKey’s cybersecurity expertise. The system facilitates worldwide asset management through a secure satellite network, involving data collection from sensors, secure data uplink to the satellite network (with encrypted communications and optional terrestrial routing), secure data downlink from satellites to ground stations, and seamless data distribution to WISeSat’s platform or existing tools for analytics and decision-making. This process enables intelligent decision-making for proactive strategies, improving operational efficiency and security across all connected assets. WISeSat has partnered with FOSSA Systems to support the development of small-satellite platforms for secure IoT communications from Low Earth Orbit.
