About
The S930 is Aitech’s radiation-hardened analog and digital conversion board for space system I/O, providing high-channel-count analog signal acquisition in a single 3U CompactPCI slot. It features 51 analog input channels with 12-bit ADC resolution over a ±10V input range, protected by a low-pass filter cutoff below 50 Hz to reject high-frequency noise from spacecraft systems. Two 12-bit DAC output channels provide analog control outputs over the same ±10V range.
A dedicated 10V, 200 mA reference output is provided for sensor excitation, enabling self-contained sensor conditioning without external power regulation. Eleven bus voltage monitoring channels allow the board to simultaneously supervise spacecraft power bus health across multiple voltage rails. Triple-voted SRAM buffers on all input channels mitigate single event upsets in the data acquisition path.
The board interfaces via a 32-bit PCI 2.1 compliant CompactPCI bus at 33 MHz in a single-slot conduction-cooled 3U form factor. NASA GSFC 311-INST-001A Level-2 component qualification is available for flight programs.
