This service provides calibration for open-style vacuum leak standards, specifically designed for use with alternate gases. Customers can choose from various calibration types, including single-point calibration with a +/- 1.0 Mantissa or +/- 10% (Capillary only), both including alternate gas fill. A primary rate-of-rise method (10⁻⁶ to 10⁻⁹ only) with adjustment is also available. Additional calibration points can be added to the standard one-point calibration for increased precision, with options for up to four extra points. The service supports a range of leak standard calibration gases, including Helium, Air, Argon, Nitrogen, and Carbon Dioxide, with additional charges for Argon and Carbon Dioxide. This ensures that leak standards are accurately calibrated to meet specific application requirements.
