Our company employs structural carbon/epoxy composites, ablative materials for thermal protection, and Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC) in the production of critical components for our systems, ranging from rocket motor bodies to nose cones. These advanced materials are manufactured using techniques such as filament winding, vacuum infusion, pressure molding, and autoclave curing. They are transformed into final products and components through a design, analysis, and optimization cycle. Resistance to harsh environmental conditions and strength targets are verified through tests conducted from samples to full-scale systems. Our capabilities include full-scale structural tests, design and production of composite structures, analysis and optimization of composite structures, and the development and testing of advanced composite materials.
