Remred Kft. offers comprehensive engineering services, including production and cleanroom assembly, environmental testing, vibration and shock testing, and radiation testing. The company has extensive experience, having manufactured, assembled, and tested small space equipment for over 150 space missions. Production cycles cover everything from breadboard models and prototyping to flight model manufacturing under ECSS standards, with all product assurance activities. Soldering and assembly of space-product equipment and flight hardware are performed in an ISO7 cleanroom to ensure maximum outcome with the highest industry standards. Environmental testing services include thermal, humidity, thermal vacuum, and overpressure testing in an ISO9 clean environmental testing laboratory, equipped with temperature and humidity logging, ESD-safe working environments, and contamination monitoring. Vibration and shock testing services are provided in accordance with ECSS space industrial standards, including contactless structural testing possibilities. Additionally, Remred offers radiation analysis services in partnership with the Centre for Energy Research, Space Research Department, utilizing tools like SPENVIS, OLTARIS, CREME96, and GRAS Monte Carlo for radiation transport calculations and estimation of TID and LET spectra. Technical support for planning, execution, and interpretation of TID and SEE tests is also available through collaborative partner facilities.
