About
Pharos is Hyperios Technologies’ flagship space domain awareness product, providing automatic, real-time detection and characterization of supersonic objects in the upper atmosphere using ionospheric disturbance sensing across distributed sensor networks. The system requires no additional hardware — it maximizes value from existing sensor infrastructure already in place — and achieves near-global coverage for detecting rocket launches, ballistic missile events, and spacecraft re-entries.
Built on physics-aware AI, Pharos synthesizes multimodal sensor data to not just detect but characterize events: type classification, trajectory estimation, and threat severity scoring. The system integrates directly with Command & Control systems, Space Defense Architecture, and Ballistic Missile Defense systems, providing actionable intelligence within the decision timelines required for space domain awareness and missile warning applications.
A companion platform targets Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) space domain awareness, with real-time object tracking, orbital characterization, physics-aware predictive modeling, and sensor fusion — currently in development. Hyperios (formerly Ensemble Space Labs) is headquartered in Hyattsville, Maryland, USA, and has participated in MassChallenge, CDL, and Capital Factory accelerator programs.
