About

The GSP2022 is Geespace’s proprietary satellite communication chip built on 22nm process technology, claimed as one of the most advanced chips in the satellite IoT sector. It integrates RF and baseband functions in a single SoC with ARM Cortex-A7 processor, simplifying peripheral circuit design. The 4 × 4 mm WLCSP package enables integration into compact consumer and automotive electronics.
