HOOP allows operators to maintain situational awareness and both manual and automated operational control over spacecraft activities, enabling seamless transition between automated and manual mission operations. It provides real-time monitoring of automatic mission execution and offers standard telemetry and telecommand dashboards for a user-friendly layout of essential mission data. HOOP streamlines complex operations through pre-scheduling, minimizing manual interventions, and its Mission Planning engine automatically books contacts and plans in-contact and out-of-contact ground and spacecraft operations. The system includes in-built integration with the KSAT ground station network for S and X-band telemetry and telecommand links, ensuring reliable communication across various mission phases. The integral Flight Dynamics system provides orbit estimation and prediction for precise planning and scheduling, including high-fidelity environmental modeling. HOOP offers flexible deployment options, from cost-effective on-premise setups requiring minimal resources to high-availability cloud deployments via Azure or AWS using Kubernetes. It also features a system administration dashboard, centralized logs for auditing, open interfaces with a REST API, and integration with OpenSearch and Grafana for data analytics. Robust security is ensured through HTTPS, OAuth2 authentication, and flexible role-based access control.
