The HTDM1310E is a Tiantong satellite mobile communication wireless module providing voice and data services. Based on the HTD3100 chip, it integrates an RF-baseband SoC, power amplifier, low-noise amplifier, and peripheral components. It supports AT commands compliant with 3GPP TS 27.007 and can be used in handheld smart/feature terminals, fixed/portable terminals, and vehicle/marine terminals.

– Voice communication rates: 1.2/2.4/4.0 kbps
– Short message: supports normal send/receive, 7-bit, 8-bit, and UCS-2 encoding; max 140 bytes
– AT command interface per 3GPP TS 27.007
