About

KSF Space offers structural frames for CubeSats in two lines: Laser Melted (DMLS) aerospace-grade Aluminum AlSi10Mg with a shot-peened finish for high-vibration/deep-space missions, and PA11 bio-sourced nylon via Multi Jet Fusion for lightweight prototyping, available in Grey Raw or Black Smooth (vapor-honed) finishes. Structures are validated against NASA-GSFC-STD-7000 (GEVS) and analyzed via SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation, with PA11 frames offering up to 50% weight savings versus traditional metal frames.
