About
LIG Nex1’s Micro-Satellite System is designed to secure immediate anomaly monitoring and early-warning capability by utilizing optimally configured satellite groups, including multiple synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging satellites and electro-optical (EO) satellites, to respond to a full range of threats. It emphasizes rapid surveillance of strategic targets using groups of micro-satellites at a lower cost than existing medium-to-large satellites, with the ability to optimally reconfigure the constellation to replace obsolete or faulty satellites through compact, lightweight, integrated payload design.
