The LoadPath 6U CubeSat Mass Simulator is a machined structural stand-in that replicates the mass, envelope and rail interfaces of a 6U CubeSat in accordance with the CubeSat Design Specification. It is used in place of flight hardware for deployer acceptance and qualification testing, vibration and shock test campaigns, separation-system checkout, fit checks and integration rehearsals, removing the risk of damaging a real satellite during ground testing.
