About
AssetHawk is Myriota’s rugged, battery-powered hybrid asset tracker for fixed and moving assets in harsh, remote environments where terrestrial connectivity may be unavailable. It combines LTE-M/NB-IoT cellular coverage in 190+ countries with HyperPulse 5G satellite fallback, automatically switching between networks. The device adapts its reporting frequency from 6-hour intervals when stationary to 2-hour intervals when moving, and buffers up to 10 messages during connectivity gaps. An integrated BLE gateway enables connection to external environmental sensors, while a built-in accelerometer detects motion and tamper detection protects against unauthorized removal. The IP68 enclosure is rated for 1m water immersion and features a 10-year battery life on two AA batteries.
