About
The NanoDock DMC-3 is a motherboard designed to effectively host four subsystems by carrying up to four GomSpace daughterboards. Alternatively, it can accommodate up to two daughterboards along with mounting and interfacing for a GPS receiver. Each daughterboard connector features communication interfaces (I2C and CAN) and configurable supply lines routed to the stack connector. This allows for the integration of miniaturised GomSpace modules, enabling up to four modules to be integrated on a single PC104 type board. It facilitates a core avionics stack (on-board computer, communications, ADCS, GPS) on a single board, and interfaces between hosted modules can be internal to the NanoDock board, saving pins.
