NBSPACE Services

NBSPACE provides a wide array of services designed to facilitate in-house development, reduce costs, and shorten lead times for space-related projects. The AIT Center is equipped with specialized tools such as a Thermal Vacuum Chamber, Thermal Cycle Chamber, Vibration Shaker, Shock Machine, Accelerometers, ADCS Simulator, Air-Bearing Testbed, Helmholtz Cage, Star Tracker Testbed, RF-Test Shield Box, and Solar Array Simulator, enabling rigorous testing and validation of space hardware. The Prototyping Lab supports early-stage development with 3D Printers, a Desktop PCB Milling Machine, Soldering Workstation Equipment, an RF Analyzer, a Laser Engraving Machine, and various Mechanical and Electrical Measurement Tools. For manufacturing, the Manufacturing Center features advanced machinery like 3D Fiber Laser Cutting & Welding, a CNC Lathe 4 Axis Machine, a CNC Milling 5 Axis Machine, a Coordinate Measuring Machine, an Optical 3D Scanner, an Optical Microscope, and a PCB Assembly Machine. The Satellite Command Center provides operational capabilities with a UHF-VHF Ground Station and a Mission Control Center. Finally, the Design Lab is outfitted with High-Performance Computers and CAD-CAE-CAM software to support design and engineering tasks.
