About

Meet Latitude’s launcher, built on proven flight technologies. This rocket is compact yet powerful, capable of carrying payloads up to 300 kg to SSO. It measures 30 meters in length with a 2-meter diameter and uses LOX & RP-1 propellant. The fairing, with a height of 3.2 meters, offers an available volume of 4.1 m³, optimized for SmallSats and SmallVehicles, allowing for a wide range of payload configurations from single-launch MicroSats to CubeSat or MicroSat constellations. The second stage carries the payloads to the right orbit, housing two propulsion systems: the Navier vacuum engine for orbital injection and the APS for circularization, deorbitation, and attitude control. The first stage, equipped with a cluster of seven in-house designed Navier Sea Level engines, ensures the initial boost, propelled by a turbopump with LOX and RP-1 to escape Earth’s atmosphere. The Navier engines, fully designed in-house and 3D-printed, drive both stages, delivering high performance and operating on a proven and reliable propellant combination. Latitude’s in-house turbomachinery expertise allows for optimized performance and adaptability to various SmallSat missions, with a versatile orbit reach from 3.5° to 100.5° inclination. The industrialization of the launcher is built on advanced manufacturing and full-scale assembly, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability for mass production.
