About
Géointelligence augmentée (Augmented Geointelligence) is a solution designed for a safer and more sustainable world, offering operational solutions for climate and environmental risk management (floods, forest fires, landslides, earthquakes, droughts, land degradation, water resource management) and territorial and infrastructure security (border control, illegal gold mining, exhaustive terrain analysis). It also addresses marine and ocean protection, including illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing, marine ecosystem protection, illicit trafficking, and maritime route security.
The offering includes three main components:
– **EOP (Plateforme agrégative d’intelligence géospatiale):** An intuitive and collaborative decision-making tool that aggregates structured and unstructured data from multiple domains. It is interfacable and allows for direct programming of the satellite constellation.
– **GaIA (Moteur d’analyse GEOINT alimenté par l’IA):** An AI-powered GEOINT analysis engine featuring a universal analytical schema, data indexing and semanticization, and articulation between Spatio-temporal Analysis (AST) and Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI). It emphasizes uncertainty management, explainability, and traceability of analyses.
– **JAPETUS (Constellation de satellites optiques intelligente):** An intelligent optical satellite constellation providing high resolution, intra-daily revisit capabilities, and simultaneous multiple access in burst mode. It includes automated ground segment and calibration, and optimized, urgent mission programming. It also features embedded intelligence and inter-satellite links for “hyper-reactivity,” enabling reactive programming, information processing in less than 15 minutes, urgent satellite programming in less than 15 minutes, and reactive extraction and transmission of information on board.
The services provided include sustainable development applications such as forest fire monitoring, flood monitoring, illegal gold mining detection, and IUU fishing tracking.
The solution aims to push the boundaries of Earth observation data by addressing challenges like exponential volume of heterogeneous data, data availability and freshness, integrity, traceability, and confidentiality of information. It focuses on extracting and making key intelligence easily exploitable from complex data, and anticipating/predicting while managing uncertainties. It achieves augmented geointelligence and “hyper-reactivity” through aggregation, fusion, and correlation of multi-sensor, multi-source data (spatial data like optical, radar, radio; ground/in-situ sensors; multi-domain data). It ensures availability and integrity of sovereign spatial data with very high resolution, “hyper-reactivity,” and intra-daily revisit. The system offers deep analysis and real-time predictive capabilities, augmented by AI, dynamic and automated object/event analysis, proactive and predictive identification, and explainability and traceability of analyses. The geointelligence solutions are directly accessible to decision-makers and operational personnel through an ergonomic and intuitive aggregative platform.
