The Proton600K is an advanced, radiation-hardened 3U SpaceVPX Single Board Computer whose design includes a Fully Depleted Silicon on Insulator (FD-SOI) processor incorporating eight ARM Cortex cores. SEU and SEFI performance is enhanced by patented Hardened-Core mitigation technology.
