The Rakon RK300 is a High Reliability temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) for satellite and space applications, covering frequencies from 10 to 100 MHz with stability of ≤±0.5–5 ppm over temperature. In a compact 20 × 20 × 13 mm package, the RK300 provides a reliable frequency reference for satellite subsystems where the size and power consumption of an OCXO cannot be accommodated. It is engineered to meet Hi-Rel space qualification requirements including radiation tolerance and thermal cycling.
