SIGMA Platform

SIGMA (Spectral Intelligence Global Monitoring Application) is Orbital Sidekick’s software platform for accessing and analyzing data from the GHOSt hyperspectral constellation. It provides customers with satellite tasking, a searchable data archive, and an analytics engine built to turn raw hyperspectral captures into actionable alerts.

SIGMA is used primarily by oil and gas operators to support regulatory compliance and early leak detection along pipelines and well sites, as well as by government and environmental customers monitoring emissions, land use, and infrastructure integrity at scale. The platform is the primary interface through which OSK customers consume the chemical fingerprinting data captured by the GHOSt satellites.
