About
The Optimus OTV launched on SpaceX Falcon 9 Transporter-10 in March 2024 and successfully deployed over 40 satellites including MethaneSAT and ICEYE imaging satellites. It operates as ‘roadside assistance in orbit,’ capable of inclination changes, orbit raising, satellite inspection, life extension, and active debris removal. At 270 kg it was the largest privately-built commercial satellite developed in Australia.
