About
Mosaic is True Anomaly’s operating system for space superiority – a ground-up software platform developed by former Space Force operators and software engineers that translates operator intent into precise, autonomous actions across spacecraft and multi-domain, combined-arms force packages. It can be deployed as standalone services that integrate into existing networks and control systems, or built into a full-stack solution supporting any space superiority mission set, across test and training, mission planning and analysis, flight software, on-orbit operations, constellation management, space domain awareness, and multi-domain battle management.
Mosaic reduces operator workload by fusing data from space- and ground-based sensors, links, and on-orbit assets to create a complete and dynamic Common Operating Picture of the space domain. It enables asset orchestration across hundreds of ground- and space-based assets from a single interface, accelerates the Observe-Orient-Decide-Act (OODA) loop through AI-automation and decision-making aids such as automatic mission plan reevaluation and recommended re-pairings, and provides an intuitive, immersive UI for rapid mission planning, situational understanding, and threat response.
The platform is modular and scalable: platform-agnostic, with no vendor lock-in, and built for seamless integration with existing sensors, ground stations, and flight systems. Its modular architecture lets operators deploy only the services they need with no monolithic overhead, integrate across multiple vendor tech stacks for joint operations, connect easily across data sources via unified API integration, and fly Jackal, any third-party spacecraft, or entire constellations with a single system.
Mosaic supports any network architecture, including classified and unclassified mission profiles. It is fully GovCloud compliant with a cloud-based, scalable architecture and web interface for secure access from any location, ideal for distributed operations and remote mission support. It is also locally network capable, installable on classified or air-gapped systems for operational continuity and cyber resilience, and supports containerized deployment across any cloud architecture.
Mosaic is operator-driven and AI-optimized: human-in-the-loop AI keeps operators in control with intelligent recommendations and predictive modeling that explain why an action improves probability of success, not just what to do. Real-time optimization continuously refines maneuver plans and response strategies using live data and historic mission performance. Mission-aware algorithms are trained on domain-relevant data and tactical scenarios for precise, actionable insights, and interactive visualization presents AI support via intuitive visual overlays including probability of success and confidence bounds.
Mosaic is being delivered to the U.S. Space Force under the Kronos Advanced Battle Management Program, one of the Force’s largest and most complex battle management software programs of record.
