Dunmore offers contract coating services for engineered films, foils, and fabrics, leveraging over 50 years of web handling expertise. They can apply coatings with thicknesses from <1 micron to 50 micron on substrates ranging from 0.25 to 20 mil and 24" to 80" wide. Available methods include gravure coating (direct, offset, reverse) and slot die coating. On-site process engineers and Dunmore's development process enable quick scaling of production. This service is ideal for maximizing capacity, adding functionality, or testing new technologies, with capabilities for quick delivery to market.
