Electrical Testing

ALTER Technology provides comprehensive electrical testing services, including Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Testing up to 16.5 kV following EN 61000-4-2, and Electrical Characterization for both passive and active devices. This includes High-Power Device Testing (dielectric withstanding voltage up to 12 kV, LCR devices up to 3 GHz), Active Device Testing (diodes, transistors, VLSI devices, using semiconductor curve tracers, analyzers, and mixed-signal ATE like Teradyne UltraFLEX, across -80ºC to +200ºC), Specialized Measurements (femtoampere bias current, high-speed/precision A/D & D/A up to 24 bits, devices with over 1000 I/O digital interfaces), and RF/Microwave Device Characterization (power characterization, screening, life testing, test fixture/calibration kit design).
