Telesat provides satellite monitoring and control services for its own fleet and third-party satellites from its Satellite Control Centre.
About this service
Telesat’s Satellite Control Division consistently monitors and controls Telesat’s satellite fleet as well as several third-party satellites for customers. Their Satellite Control Centre (SCC) is the central facility for on-station and launch mission operations, supported by a second, geographically-separated, redundant control center. Flight operations services include monitoring, detecting and correcting spacecraft issues, payload RF performance tests, maneuver planning, and real-time software development and support.
