Major Tom provides ground operations software as a service, enabling customers to operate their satellite or constellation with multiple ground station networks. This includes capabilities for tracking, scheduling, commanding, downlinking data, and monitoring telemetry. The service offers a single dashboard to command and manage constellations, satellites, virtual satellites, flatsats, and engineering models. It supports user-defined automation through a scripting API, provides development environments for pre-launch satellite testing, and offers an intuitive UI/UX. It is scalable for multi-mission operations, allows remote operations with access restrictions, and provides real-time and historical telemetry visualization. Major Tom also facilitates file transfer for software updates, payload data, and log files, and connects to hundreds of ground stations through its Global Partner Program.
