Orbital Launch Management

Southern Launch provides comprehensive management for orbital launches from the Whalers Way Orbital Launch Complex. This service includes handling all aspects of the launch process on behalf of the customer, such as securing launch approval by working with regulatory bodies and managing range operations, including ground, air, and maritime traffic. The complex supports direct ascent trajectories from 55 to 177 degrees, including polar and sun-synchronous orbits, and offers a fully instrumented range with telemetry, optical, and radar systems, along with a 16.8-meter-long linear launch rail and up to 1600km downrange tracking.
