These facilities include a large vacuum chamber (2.5 x 0.9 m) capable of reaching a maximum pressure of 1 x 10-6 mBar, with a combined pumping speed of 4000 L/s (H2). The chamber features 2-layer walls for controlled heating and cooling, and a range of flange sizes (100-500 mm) for flexible integration of experimental setups. A mobile carrier assists with loading and setup corrections, and the system offers automated control and performance monitoring. This service is suitable for EP testing and various other experimental needs.
