Emposat Co., Ltd.

Emposat Co., Ltd. (formerly Aerospace Yuxing / SpaceOK) is China's pioneering commercial satellite telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) services company, founded in 2016 by a team of veterans from the China Academy of Space Technology (CASC). The company established China's first commercial satellite TT&C station and obtained the first radio station license for a third-party commercial satellite TT&C service.

Emposat operates a distributed global ground station network spanning Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Europe (including a subsidiary SatHD Europe in France), Africa (Kenya, South Africa), South America (Argentina), and the Pacific Islands, enabling near-continuous coverage for LEO satellite operators. The network supports satellite management, orbit determination, TT&C, payload data downlink, and remote sensing calibration services.

In addition to network services, Emposat develops its own ground station hardware including high-performance antennas, TT&C basebands, and high-speed data transmission systems. By mid-2023 the company had served more than 400 satellites and rockets cumulatively, cementing its leadership in China's commercial space ground segment sector.

Emposat raised a pre-B round of approximately ¥200 million (USD ~30M) in 2023 led by Zhongguancun Science & Technology Town Fund, backed by Beijing municipal government, reflecting strategic significance of commercial satellite infrastructure in China's national space development strategy.
