The EMPOSAT High-speed data transmission baseband is a versatile system designed for the reception and processing of high-bit-rate satellite data. It supports the demodulation of multiple modulation systems and the decoding of multiple high-gain channels at high bit rates. This baseband system is crucial for functions such as high-bit-rate data reception, verification of satellite load high-speed downlink data functions, and performance index testing and analysis. Its design emphasizes universality and modularity, offering strong expandability for convenient equipment upgrades and function expansions. Key features include support for various macro parameter definitions, enabling quick parameter setting for multiple equipment models. It incorporates advanced encoding and decoding capabilities, including convolutional encoding and decoding, RS encoding and decoding, LDPC encoding and decoding, and scrambling and descrambling at high bit rates. The system is equipped with a plug-in frequency converter, allowing for optional frequency bands and supporting stand-alone RF docking. Furthermore, it provides frequency spectrum and receiving signal-to-noise ratio analysis display, along with broadband IF noise source output.
