FLOTONE ONE is an on-board computer (OBC) designed for 'the Leap', integrating essential functions such as flight control, engine thrust control, and telemetry acquisition. To ensure reliability while managing costs, the system prioritizes the use of automotive-grade and industrial-grade components and employs a three-mode hot backup redundancy architecture. Key features include support for online autonomous planning and fault reconstruction, an efficient and comprehensive self-test system capable of self-testing any local circuit within the three redundant circuits, and integrated high-reliability, high-speed, and high real-time multiple bus types. The FLOTONE ONE also features a series drawer-type structure, allowing for flexible combinations, and integrates an error correction strategy for inter-module communication to ensure communication robustness. The entire structure is made of light metal to achieve a lightweight design.
