Cosmoworks, Inc. is a Seoul-based satellite manufacturer developing complete CubeSat platforms and Earth observation payloads. The company's flagship product, the JACK-001, is a 3U-class CubeSat bus integrating attitude determination and control, communications, and power subsystems with an optical Earth observation telescope payload.

Cosmoworks designs its satellite bus with a full attitude control suite — reaction wheels, magnetorquers, star trackers, sun and Earth sensors, magnetometers, and GPS — paired with S-band and UHF-band communications and a battery-and-solar-cell power system. The company also offers its AST-01 telescope payload, delivering 4-meter ground sample distance imagery from a 500 km orbit.

Cosmoworks positions itself as a compact-satellite manufacturer for institutional and commercial Earth observation missions, competing in Korea's growing small satellite manufacturing sector.
