About Creotech Instruments S.A.

Creotech Instruments S.A. was established in 2012 through the transformation of Creotech Sp. z o.o., a company founded by alumni of CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research). Headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, the company has grown into a turnkey space solutions provider spanning satellite platforms, subsystems, manufacturing, and mission operations.

Creotech's HyperSat product line includes the HyperSat Nano (approximately 30 kg dry mass, comparable capability to 16U CubeSat platforms with more than twice the payload bay) and HyperSat Eagle (up to 100 kg dry mass, fully redundant, for power-intensive Earth observation, communications, and science missions). Built on these platforms, Creotech offers complete satellite products: the Nano MR MS optical Earth observation satellite (3-5m GSD), Eagle HR MS optical satellite (1-2m GSD), and Seagull HR SAR synthetic aperture radar satellite (3-5m GSD).

The company manufactures a wide range of spacecraft subsystems in-house, including onboard computers, CCSDS communication engines, electrical power subsystems, battery management subsystems, solar panels, thermal control systems, MLI blankets, and satellite harnesses — many with flight heritage (TRL 9). Creotech operates a dedicated ISO 7 cleanroom for assembly, integration, and testing of satellites up to 150 kg, and runs its own Mission Control Centre in Warsaw for satellite operations.

Creotech has participated in major ESA and international missions including ExoMars, ASIM, PROBA-3, and the NEOSTEL early-warning telescope network, and built SAT-AIS-PL, the first Polish industrial satellite. The company is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and was awarded a contract worth nearly €52 million to build the national CAMILA satellite constellation.
