Description
Creotech Instruments S.A. provides comprehensive contract manufacturing services for electronic devices, emphasizing high quality and reliability. They are the only Polish provider of such services holding certificates from the European Space Agency, with devices produced by them used globally and in space (Earth and Mars orbits). Services include full assembly for production (PCB, components, blueprints), SMT and THT assembly in both lead and lead-free technologies, vacuum soldering, automatic optical and X-ray inspection, PCB cleaning, selective application of protective coatings, final assembly, Press Fit assembly, technical consulting, and testing. They ensure full traceability of individual devices from a batch and offer production of cable harnesses and climatic research. Their production facilities include clean rooms with ISO 8 and ISO 7 cleanliness classes (with potential for ISO 6), totaling approximately 200 m², all protected against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and humidity controlled. Their machine park supports complex electronic device assembly, featuring an automatic Juki Line (Stencil Printer, 2x Pick&Place Machine), Convection Reflow Oven, capable of handling components from 01005 to 74mm square or 50×150mm, including BGA, CCGA, CSP, QFN, QFP. Inspection capabilities include AOI MEK PowerSpector with ESA-certified inspectors. THT services include Selective Soldering Machine (ERSA) and 7 fully equipped manual soldering nests. Other services comprise rework, cleaning, conformal coating, Press-Fit, electrical tests, climate chamber testing (Binder MKFT 240: -70⁰C – 180⁰C), X-ray and cross-sections (outsourcing), and component lead forming (Fancort equipment). Their engineers and specialists hold ESA certificates (ECSS and IPC), and they offer SMT and THT prototype and serial production, assembly of elements, start-up, and functionality testing, providing technical assistance throughout the process.
