About
Creotech Instruments is a prime integrator and small satellite manufacturer based in Poland, specializing in turnkey microsatellites built on their HyperSat platform and custom space systems. Their space subsystems have demonstrated exceptional performance in over 40 space missions, including commercial, research, and beyond-LEO scientific missions like JUICE. The HyperSat platform, available in Nano (approx. 30 kg dry mass) and Eagle (up to 100 kg dry mass) configurations, is modular, adaptable, and supports diverse mission objectives such as Earth observation, in-orbit technology demonstration, communications, security, science, exploration, and space logistics. It utilizes the SpaceVPX standard with a backplane supporting 3U and 6U formats, is based on COTS components, and is free of ITAR restrictions. Creotech also offers complete mission delivery, from design and registration to payload integration, launch, and mission operations from their Mission Control Centre. They adhere to ECSS standards and are ISO 9001:2015 certified, with all flight hardware assembled in an ISO 7 cleanroom. Their services include Inception workshops for mission concept development, satellite registration, insurance, launch acquisition, and Payload Data Ground Segment solutions with AI algorithms. They also provide manufacture and integration services for components and subsystems, including assembly and testing of space electronics and integration of satellites up to 150 kg, as well as harness design and manufacturing to ESA standards. A wide variety of subsystems are offered, including custom solar panels (structure mounted or deployable, high efficiency triple junction cells, up to 80W, reverse bias protection, configurable cells, high radiation and atomic oxygen resistance, optional temperature sensor), scalable battery management modules (80Wh capacity, 8S1P, 3-5 year lifetime, charge controller, balancer, protections, RS-485, 28V nominal, stackable), scalable electrical power subsystems (configurable MPPT, up to 200W throughput, 28V unregulated, 12V/3.3V regulated, LCL protection, compatibility with electric propulsion), thermal control systems (heat pipes, heaters, radiators, various coating solutions, thermal vacuum testing assistance), Multi-Layer Insulation (up to 16 grounded layers, adhesives, velcro), onboard computers (SpaceVPX 3U, SpaceWire, ARM 100MHz, 128MB RAM, 64GB storage, 8MB FeRAM, RTEMS OS), CCSDS engines (SpaceVPX 3U, SpaceWire, LVDS, RS485, CCSDS compliant, data encryption/authentication, up to 50Mbit throughput), and spacecraft harnesses (design and manufacture for space-qualified or COTS projects, high power/throughput/low level signals, custom configuration, internal/external, industry standards). Electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) is also available for testing and integration of both their own and custom subsystems.
