Description
KULR ONE Space is a family of lithium-ion battery systems designed for space applications where safety, reliability, energy performance, thermal stability, and mission assurance are critical. The K1S platform spans 100 Wh, 200 Wh, 300-LT, and 400 Wh series configurations in a scalable architecture for CubeSats, orbital vehicles, spacecraft subsystems, and mission-specific payloads. It uses a compact, customizable design, robust anodized-aluminum housing, space-rated connectors, and a passive propagation-resistant, flame-arresting safety architecture that contains single-cell thermal runaway. Sub-variants include K1S-REACH (lightweight/high energy density), K1S-Forerunner (NASA 20793 PPR-qualified), and K1S-SPARTAN (deep space/radiation-hardened).
