About SEOPS
SEOPS (Spaceflight Engineering Operations, operating as Reprise Space Solutions dba SEOPS / SEOPS LLC) is a Texas-based provider of responsive launch and space mission services, specializing in last-mile delivery for small satellites and advanced space technologies. The company's leadership brings decades of experience from commercial and U.S. government space programs, including civil, defense, and human spaceflight initiatives, and the team holds classified clearances for sensitive USG missions.
SEOPS provides end-to-end mission support spanning launch capacity procurement, satellite and payload integration, deployment hardware and engineering, and comprehensive launch services for both rideshare and dedicated missions. Its LaunchLock and LaunchLock Prime programs let customers secure launch windows up to three years in advance across LEO, mid-inclination, GTO, and lunar orbits, while its Waymaker and Darkstar programs offer dedicated rideshare missions aboard Falcon 9. The company also offers complimentary early on-orbit spacecraft tracking and identification services to help operators gain rapid custody of their spacecraft after deployment.
SEOPS has an established flight heritage integrating customer payloads on multiple SpaceX Transporter rideshare missions (including Transporter-15, -16, and -17), supporting spacecraft from commercial, government, university, and international customers across more than a dozen countries. In 2025 the company announced its first dedicated launch purchase on Isar Aerospace's Spectrum rocket as primary launch integrator for Scalea Space's Mission-as-a-Service offering. SEOPS' flagship hardware product is the Keystone Payload Separation System, a low-shock, single-interface separation system supporting payloads up to 850 kg.
