The 2.4-metre Thai National Telescope (TNT) is a Ritchey-Chretien reflecting telescope with two Nasmyth foci, located at the Thai National Observatory on Doi Inthanon, Chiang Mai Province, at approximately 2,457m altitude. It is the largest and most modern optical telescope in Southeast Asia, used for research in stellar astrophysics, exoplanets, and time-domain astronomy, and is equipped with a suite of instruments including ULTRASPEC, the Medium-Resolution Echelle Spectrograph (MRES), the Low-Resolution Spectrograph (LRS), and EXOhSPEC.
