The 4G32-Advanced is Azur Space’s highest-efficiency quadruple junction space solar cell based on AlInGaP/AlInGaAs/InGaAs/Ge. Delivers approximately 31.8% beginning-of-life efficiency — the highest available in Azur Space’s product line. Available in 40×80 mm standard format at 110–150 µm thickness. Higher open-circuit voltage (up to 3.45 V) compared to triple-junction cells. Suitable for demanding GEO and scientific missions requiring maximum power density.
