Description
The 3G30-Advanced is Azur Space's industry-standard triple junction space solar cell based on InGaP/GaAs/Ge on a germanium substrate. Delivers 30% beginning-of-life efficiency with excellent end-of-life performance. Available in multiple standard formats (40×80 mm, 80×80 mm, 120×60 mm) and thicknesses (standard 150 µm and thinned 80 µm version). Features improved grid design and integrated bypass diode. Standard cell for GEO and LEO satellite solar panel assembly.
