Aaronia’s SPECTRAN HF-60120 V5 is a portable real-time spectrum analyzer (RTSA) covering 1 MHz to 12 GHz with 160 MHz real-time bandwidth — enabling detection of short-duration satellite signal bursts, interference episodes, and unauthorized frequency use in Ku and Ka satellite bands. The RTSA capability (capturing 100% of spectrum in real time rather than sweeping) is critical for characterizing brief transient satellite interference.
For satellite ground station operators and spectrum regulators, Aaronia’s analyzers provide the measurement foundation for license compliance monitoring, satellite uplink interference location, and carrier spectrum analysis.
