The X3 Aegaion is the largest and most capable platform in the Artemis Space portfolio, accommodating payloads up to 300 kg within a total satellite mass of 500 kg. The Aegaion is designed for complex, demanding missions where maximum payload mass and volume are required — including large SAR systems, high-power communications payloads, space telescope instruments, and technology demonstration missions at the small satellite / medium satellite boundary.
The Aegaion platform is fully scaleable in power, propulsion delta-V, communication bandwidth, and structural mass. It represents Artemis Space’s capability to deliver turnkey satellite solutions for government and commercial customers operating at the frontier of the NewSpace industry.
