About
WORK Microwave’s Block Upconverter (VSBU) offers frequency upconversion across a wide range of bands, from S- to Q-band, with a standard L-Band input. These versatile units are designed for both indoor and outdoor deployment, catering to a variety of standard and customized applications within the satellite communication industry. Key features include very low phase noise, typically less than -50 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz, ensuring high signal integrity. The upconverters are equipped with a highly stable OCXO, providing long-term stability better than 10^-7 per year. Optional features include an adjustable gain slope equalizer, offering up to +8 dB/GHz, and digital gain compensation for precise signal management. WORK Microwave also offers multi-channel or multi-band converter configurations to meet diverse operational requirements. These upconverters are suitable for applications such as DTH Broadcast, SNG/Contribution, and Teleport Infrastructure.
