Bradford’s Cosine Sun Sensor (CoSS) provides a 160×160° field of view with ±3° (3σ) OBC-limited accuracy in an ultra-compact 25 g, 30×30×14 mm package. Zero power consumption (passive analogue signal). >100 kRad TID resilience and insensitive to SEE. Reliability of 5 FIT at 50°C per device (better with self-redundant version). Electrical interface via flying leads, 3× M2.5 mounting holes.
